Internship supervisors of all curricula are trained, and in addition, there are also trainings above the curricula. In addition, a unique practice evaluation model in Estonia is being developed in cooperation with partners, which allows the practice base to engage in self-evaluation; practitioners are invited to perform for 80 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The aim of the project is to ensure high-quality training of internship supervisors, to involve new practitioners in teaching and to create a unique system of evaluation of internship bases in Estonia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result of the project, more than 200 internship supervisors have completed a 9-hour training on digital competences; practitioners are involved in teaching for 80 academic hours; a unique practice assessment system will be created in Estonia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is supported by the European Social Fund in the amount of 39,094.56 euros and the support is mediated by Innove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Contact persons: <\/strong>Jaan Looga and Kersti S\u00f5gel<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Duration of the project: 01.03.2019 \u2013 31.12.2021 Project number: 2014-2020.1.05.18-0352 Summary of the project: Tartu Health Care College conducts training for more than 200 internship supervisors in order to support their digital competences and provide knowledge and skills for conducting internships.
