The tuition fees for each semester have to be paid before the beginning of studies for the particular semester. There is a tuition waiver for one for the best Ukrainian applicant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to apply for the Master\u2019s Programme in Physiotherapy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All applicants should apply through the Study in Estonia&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/estonia.dreamapply.com\/et_EE\/institutions\/institution\/38-tartu-health-care-college\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dream Apply online application system<\/a>, where they have to present all the following documents for admission:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;<strong>a copy of the diploma&nbsp;<\/strong>and<strong>&nbsp;the diploma supplement\/academic transcript&nbsp;<\/strong>certifying the completion of physiotherapy education&nbsp;or physiotherapy subjects in prior education at the first level of higher education<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CV<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Copy of passport&nbsp;<\/strong>or&nbsp;<strong>ID<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proof of English&nbsp;language proficiency<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The University has the right to require candidates to have their results evaluated by the Estonian ENIC\/NARIC centre, if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the information on the application is incomplete or the candidate has not submitted all the required documents by the end of the admission period, the University has the right to reject the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Admission interview<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applicants are ranked based on the following two criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The average grade of&nbsp;Bachelor studies (40% of final points)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Admission interview (maximum score for the interview is 20 points, which is 60% of final points)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The admission interview is aimed to evaluate the applicant\u2019s readiness for learning, interest in the profession and awareness of physiotherapy. The admission interview includes the following topics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Motivation to study in the specialist field and at the master\u2019s level<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior studies and\/or professional experience in the specialist field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior non-formal education and the implementation of acquired knowledge and skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-expression in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The maximum result for each topic is 5 points; the maximum total result of the admission interview is 20 points. The result of the admission interview forms 60% of the total admission score. The admission interview lasts 30 minutes and is conducted online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application procedure in Dream Apply<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No1 \u2013 Online application<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create an account for the online application system (<a href=\"http:\/\/estonia.dreamapply.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dream Apply<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill out the form with personal data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit your CV.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload required documents: Bachelor\u2019s diploma and transcript of records, English language certificate, copy of passport (identification page) or ID.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No 2 \u2013 Evaluation of application and results<\/strong><br>Applications are evaluated and the first feedback with further guidance will be sent to all applicants on an ongoing basis.&nbsp;Conditional acceptance is not allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No 3 \u2013 Letter of Acceptance<\/strong><br>Applicants will receive the Final Letter of Acceptance only if the Tartu Applied Health Sciences University has received the confirmation for study offer via Dream Apply, after having received all required documents and pre-payment of the tuition fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NB! Please be aware that the Final Letter of Acceptance will be sent individually to the applicants\u2019\u00a0email addresses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">English language requirements for the Master\u2019s Programme in Physiotherapy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Proof of English language proficiency at the B2 level should be shown by an internationally recognised test like TOEFL, IELTS or equivalent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NB! English language requirements must be fulfilled by the application deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Waiving English language requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tartu Applied Health Sciences University accepts the following state exams:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Estonian state exam in English<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; minimum required result is <strong>B2<\/strong> level (for exams taken in 1997-2013, 66 points or higher)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Finnish <\/strong><em><strong>ylioppilastutkinto<\/strong><\/em><strong>&nbsp;in English, long course<\/strong>&nbsp; \u2013&nbsp; graded at least <em>magna cum laude approbatur<\/em> (M) 5<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Latvian state exam in English<\/strong>&nbsp;(<em>centraliz<\/em>\u0113<em>tais eks<\/em>\u0101<em>mens<\/em>) &#8211; minimum required result is <strong>B2<\/strong> level&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lithuanian state exam in English<\/strong> (<em>valstybinis egzaminas<\/em>) &#8211;&nbsp;minimum required result is <strong>B2<\/strong> level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">English language requirements may be waived in case the candidate has finished International Baccalaureate (IB) or has completed secondary or higher education fully in English either in EU\/EEA member states, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For more information regarding the admission process please contact admission@tartuh.ee.
