Specialists\u2019 Formal Education and Qualifications and Development of Training and Support Systems\u201d,&nbsp;and, within this framework, to update a social services curriculum.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Project&nbsp;objectives:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To develop a work-based curriculum for activity instructors that supports the development of learners\u2019 practical skills and meets the\u00a0labour\u00a0market needs of the sector.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To update existing curriculum modules and create new ones based on the current occupational standard and competence model.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To create a digital system for\u00a0organising\u00a0and documenting practical training, supporting the coordination and supervision of practice.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To develop a training\u00a0programme\u00a0for practice supervisors and to conduct three training courses for practice supervisors during the project period.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To diversify teaching by creating two e-learning courses: \u201cSpecial Educational Needs\u201d and \u201cSupporting the Client in Learning and Work, and Client Activation\u201d.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To develop two\u00a0micro\u2011qualifications\u00a0and plan their implementation in the teaching process from 2028 onwards.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To increase the visibility of the curriculum by developing marketing materials.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To produce methodological teaching guidelines to support the learning process.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To involve three practitioners\/alumni from the field in curriculum development and quality\u00a0assurance,\u00a0and to\u00a0establish\u00a0ongoing cooperation with them.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To carry out an impact analysis of the curriculum and, based on the results, develop recommendations for its further development and
