In the kitchen there are electric&nbsp;stove,&nbsp;kettle, refrigerator,&nbsp;dishes for cooking and serving.&nbsp;Everything is for shared use and so everyone has to clean and tidy up after themselves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dormitory room rates:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A large double room (entire room) costs \u20ac132 per month. A single bed space in the room costs \u20ac66 per month.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A small double room (entire room) costs \u20ac106 per month. A single bed space in the room costs \u20ac53 per month.<br><br><strong>Apartment-Style Accommodation Rates<\/strong>:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An entire double room costs \u20ac128 per month. A single bed space in a double room costs \u20ac64 per month.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An entire triple room costs \u20ac165 per month. A single bed space in a triple room costs \u20ac55 per month, while 1.5 bed spaces in a triple room cost \u20ac82.50 per month.<br><br><strong>In addition to the base rent, residents are required to pay the following utility charges<\/strong>:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Electricity (room consumption) \u2013 calculated according to the electricity meter readings and divided equally among the residents living in the respective apartment unit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Common area electricity \u2013 24% of the cost is covered by Tartu Applied Health Sciences University, while the remaining 76% is divided equally among all residents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Water consumption \u2013 calculated according to the hot and cold water meter readings and divided equally among the residents living in the respective apartment unit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Water heating \u2013 water heating accounts for 10% of the total heating costs. Of the heat energy used for water heating, 24% is covered by Tartu Applied Health Sciences University. The cost of heating 1 m\u00b3 of water is calculated based on the total hot water consumption of all residents, multiplied by the individual hot water meter reading, and then divided equally among the residents living in the respective apartment unit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heating \u2013 heating accounts for 90% of the total heating costs.
