PULSE is a cross-border cooperation project in which Tartu Applied Health Sciences University and P. Stradins Medical College of the University of Latvia will develop a joint web application to support community-based health services. The application will improve access to services and make their organisation, management, and use more efficient.
The project strengthens cooperation between higher education institutions in Estonia and Latvia and promotes the exchange of experience in health education, community services, and the development of digital solutions. The cooperation provides an opportunity to share best practices, harmonise principles for organising services, and better link learning with community-oriented activities.
PULSE is a project of the Interreg Central Baltic Programme 2021–2027, co-financed by the European Union.
