Objectives:
Overall aim of the network is to educate very flexible and open minded specialists who will be involved in therapeutic puppetry development and use.
Activities:
Project is planned for 3 years with various activities. The aim of intensive course is to enhance cooperation between different study fields – from technologies to arts and social sciences in order to develop creative thinking, entrepreneurial competences and provide better opportunities in labor market through encouragement of team work, interdisciplinary approach and International cooperation.
Intensive courses:
The objective of the IC is to promote student’s skills in problem solving and service development in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.

International Study Week: Empowering Puppetry: “Puppet Educator for Sensory Integration Support”
Date: May 4–8, 2026
Location: Kaunas, Lithuania
The international study week focuses on supporting children with sensory integration disorders through creative and therapeutic approaches. The main emphasis is on the concept of the puppet as an educator (puppet educator) – using puppets as tools to help children communicate, learn, and participate in therapy more effectively.
Over five days, the following topics will be covered:
- The nature of sensory integration and its disorders;
- Various therapy options suitable for supporting children with sensory integration disorders;
- The use of puppets in pedagogy and therapy, and creating puppets/tools;
- Lectures and group work supporting the application of theoretical knowledge.
