The Students, Lecturers, Colleague of the Year and Contributor of the Year have been announced

On 19 November, at the 214th anniversary of Tartu Applied Health Sciences University, Rector Ulla Preeden presented recognitions.

In May 2025, elections were held: all students and staff had the opportunity to propose nominees, with justification, for the titles Teacher of the Year in Higher Education and Teacher of the Year in Vocational Education. For the first time, candidates were also invited for the titles Student of the Year in Vocational Education and Student of the Year in Higher Education.

The Student of the Year in Vocational Education is Greete-Liis Lüütsepp, and in Higher Education Ave Indus (pictured). The Teacher of the Year in Vocational Education is Ilmar Solom, and in Higher Education Raul Mastik. The Student-Friendly Lecturer of the Year award was presented to Ingrid Tamm by the students.

Airi Kerikmäe is the Colleague of the Year, and Triin Kasesalu is the Contributor of the Year. Letters of Appreciation were additionally awarded to Triin Nõmmistu for extending the use of the anatomical table and to Erik Landõr for supporting colleagues and serving as a role model.
